Game Cube \ Metroid Prime 2 memory card issue

hi guys,
need a little help...
im 3/4 through metroid prime 2, and now my mem card wont read the saved file... its there on the memory card, but wont read..
I have tried copying it to a new card but no sucess, have tried on both my wii and gamecube
any suggestions?

I think you actually might need to start again.This has happened to me a couple of times but i just had to put up with it,I started a new game file and it was good ever since.

I had the same thing happen to me with prime 1 back in the day, had to erase it and start again.

I've never had any problems but if it's a savefile issue then you will have to restart. At least you've done it once so doing it again wont take long, and you'll be able to get things you may have missed the first time.
