Umm...Toys R Us seem to be pretty cheap for cables atm. Well, that was when I got spare 360 component cable for $14.95 and S-Video for $4.95. These are genuine cables too!

You'll find though the Nintendo branded cables will remain the same price ($39.95) for a while. Totally worth the money. If you want it cheap, maybe look at 3rd party brands.

Wow, so that was what happened to your video options? I never knew that that would be the cause. I always thought that the 3rd party cables were always identical to the original branded ones, but with s****y parts/materials to create them.

It detected the Nintendo cable, Now there its detecting my Madcatz, so I have a feeling theres a fault in the madcaz cable, or maybe had to be reset in the HD mode. I dont know. But both cables are working now and both are detecting.

Maybe my wii had an issue for a moment and just decided to work itself out.
