You get cash back if you paid with cash, or credit back on your card if you paid with credit. There are new policies which are as follows: No cash trades on DVD's, card everyone for Mature rated games, you will need ID to reserve Mature rated games, and you will actually need an ID to pick up the guide book for God of War 2, as it is Mature rated! I work at GameStop, so if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.
