How do you get people to appear. Everytime I go there I always get "nobody is here".

I have left it connected to the internet, and I can't see my Nintendo connecting every 15 mins to the internet.

It's starting to get on my nerves. I want someone to appear there!!!

Anyone know if there is a particular time I have to be connected to get a Mii Parade update?

It all depends on how many friends you have in your address book and if they are allowing their Mii's to roam. If not you will never get any.

If thats not the case maybe (please dont quote me on this) your firewall could be blocking Mii's coming through. I dont know how the Mii's come through so this could be completely incorrect but hey you never know.

Again dont quote me. 99% probobility that your friends are allowing their Mii's to roam however just because your Wii can update doesnt mean your firewall isnt blocking things. Mii's could come through a different port for instance (unlikely) and also depending on your firewall its possible its blocking a file type.

PLEASE REMEMBER! I believe your friends arent roaming their Mii's. Thats probably the problem. Check with your friends. I have only given this network advice just as a second option for you!

When creating a new Mii or editing an existing one click on the screen that has the name input. On there it says mingle. Click that and then click on Mingle (or yes). Thats it. Now they shall mingle.
