The refunds are shocking at EB.
The one near me you need to bring 100 points of ID JUST FOR A RETURN. Then they make up some lame excuse, purposely scratch the disc and then reject it and you're stuck with a fail game.

mate... you can't say that jb is cheaper then EB because EB has price match which means NOTHING can be cheaper than EB.

Correct me if I'm wrong but price match mean the same price on request, not lower.

Some people (parents inc.) don't have time to 'research' to see what the best prices are available and they just walk into EB Games pick out the game and don't bother with 'price matching'.

The only reason i go to EB instead of JB is because JB have the rudest staff. The lied to me about when my wii was coming. I have NEVER had a problem with EB and have never had to show any proof for them to price match. Just tell them the price, where it is and thats it i get it for that price
