but what i do is check the specials in big w or kmart u can get some good deals ther, and if ther sold out (which they usually are) just go to EB with the catalogue of the special (or any other proof of price, i got zielda for $44 using a picture of the tag price in big-w on my phone) and get it price matched at EB .

i couldn't buy from k-mart due to the bad stickers they stick on the covers so i do the same as you price match.that was before mywiikey lol

Yeah JB is the way to go, I get games and movies from there a lot, decent prices and a good selection, Big W is good as well but their stock availability varies and at times their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Big W is fairly cheap but they don't mainly focus on games/music as opposed to JB.

a) They were the only people selling wii points
b) I get a gift card from somebody
c) when they have their damned sale OR when they have a ridiculously cheap deal that they themselves didn't even realise (I got Halo 3 Collectors edition for a mere $75)

EDIT: Just like to add, the thing I hate about EB the most is that they're still in business. Why do I hate them for that? because they pretend that they are specialists at gaming and that when un-assuming parents go in there they are being told the best info. My Local EB hates me because of all the customers I've turned away from them by letting them know where they can get the game they are after cheaper. Seriously, tricking parents into spending $110 on a ps3 or 360 game is just low and feeding them false information is even worse (I overheard an EB guy telling a Mother that he SMG would be released mid next year, AT THE START OF NOVEMBER, surely they knew the release date by that stage)?

In short EB bad, JB good

People like this are still making EB Games sell games which is keeping them in business.

The refunds are shocking at EB.

The one near me you need to bring 100 points of ID JUST FOR A RETURN. Then they make up some lame excuse, purposely scratch the disc and then reject it and you're stuck with a fail game.
