Segas greatest achievement in my mind was Daytona. Sega should further develop that franchise instead of trying its hardest to bring Sonic into 3d.

I think giving Sonic a voice was the beginning of the end. Terrible voice acting and cliche personalities wrecked Sonic for me. Originally, Tails was my favourite character. Hearing his voice for the first time had ruined my perception of him. He's barely even male anymore.

Sonic Adventure 2 was horrible. The Mech levels were terribly boring and collecting emeralds in an enclosed environment for Knuckles and Rouge? *slaps head*

Music wise Sonic is still up there (the obviously one being Sonic The Hedgehog '06). Well, sort of. That game was so glitchy though and the inclusion of humans was badly done. The only thing I can remember the females saying was "gump" when you first talked to them.

I really don't see Sonic Unleashed being a hit. I mean werewolves?

Bring back 2D co-op without the use of a town as a hub that you get lost in and over used plot gimmicks like genies and time travel.

I do have hope for the Sonic RPG as it's not actually being made by Sega.

I miss the old Sonic.

The first one to me feels much more polished. It's like they just threw in character/style specific stages in Adventure 2 just for the hell of it.

Alot of people give Sonic next gen games bad reviews, but most of the time their pretty good. Now i understand with the controls, but if your a not a retarded monkey then im pretty sure you can still do it.

By the look of Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Chronicles, they might bring it back up a bit. Also to add to that, alot of people who got a chance to play Sonic Unleashed say that it was pretty awesome

Shadow the Hedgehog had one final, overall ending that concluded the whole game so a sequel is possible

hey hey! i grew up playing sonic.

what they need to do is get rid of every secondary character except tails,knuckles and possibly shadow, start work on Sonic The Hedgehog 4 in all the glory that is 16-bits and release it as an actual game not a download, so there can be heaps of damn levels.

oh and change eggmans name back to robotnik
