anyway the classic sonic like i said before are better because they were funner and the music was great now its just ugly and terrible the only things good about the new ones is the graphincs but who cares about that

Interesting, i have the exact opposite opinion. i think 2d versions are faster, more action packed, and just plain better. depth of game varies from game to game though i spose.

i like all of those games except heroes. that was not the best. i agree SA2 was the best 3D sonic game

but SA1 had the more important story. Shadow was a side story and a one time thing.

same could be said about mario.

the old classic mario was an instant 2d classic, however, moving to the 3d gerne, nintendo killed the classic red and brown plummber from brooklyn, and replaced him with the red and blue plummber from the mushroom kingdom.not to mention paulina. sure, the new mario games are excelent, but they are nothing like the old ones. but new super mario bros for the ds reminded me why i wanted a nintendo in the first place. so the real mario is dead, but his clone is still around.
