2nd Wii remote not working on need for speed - Locked

Hey guys

i have wii sports and the second remote works fine but when im trying to play need for speed with 2 players it says 'player 2 press the A button' and i do and it doesnt respond, lights flash on the remote but nothing.
I have re-synched them but to still no avail, the second one wasnt working on boogie either
Any ideas?

Hey i dunno what the problem could be, are you sure the batteries haven't gone dead! Hmm so you have resnyched the controller and its still not working Could be something wrong with the Wii-mote!

Same thing on my Need for Speed!!!! Cannot for the life of me get the 2nd wii remote towork!! Works on Tennis and other games just fine?????

early on my remotes would "unsynch". it used to happen every now & then. & **** me no end! but it hasn't happened on months now. i used to turn wii off & resynch. it took a few goes too.....
