LOL. Good call dermy. Like i said before, i have 28 games on my Wii and i play them all, so it can't be THAT boring. Another 8 games coming out in 8 months i wanna get, plus 2 more games out now i cant afford lol. Plenty of good games

I know someone who walked out of the 1st Lord of the Rings movie after 10 minutes because he thought it was boring... Granted, LOR and Everybody Votes aren't quite the same, but you should give it a fair go.

Ok there are a few games out, I mean Zelda(although a little dissapointing imo), Resident evil 4(although beat it four times on GC already), Paper mario, strikers, etc. There are also a few big ones to come.
UMBRELLA CHRONICLES
Guitar Hero
Metroid prime 3
Paper Mario
Mario Galaxy(fear that they've butchered it)
Mario Kart(barely)
Smash bros brawl

Thats seven games, so this and next year, upon having the Wii, I have probably a maximum of ten games I consider worth purchasing(providing they are decent).

People keep trying to convince me about the VC games and GC games. They don't count. I own those consoles and games, and the Wii cost me 400 bucks, sorry guys, but I want new titles.

I remember when I first got my nintendo 64, or gamecube, or even ps2. I never had the money and now I will never have the time to play all the games I wanted to on those consoles. And thats the way it should be. Im sick of hearing about whats coming, I mean if I forgive the graphics and online capabilities as well as banning of AO games(AHH!!!) and see the good things such as the controls, I can't see past the fact that as great as the 'revolution' is, I've never seen anything collect so much dust.

I made a list of games (both current and future) that I would like to play (and even buy). My wii list had 14 games where my xbox 360 list had 39 games.

I'd really like to play mario galaxy but I think I'll have to pass. And even if I did have the money to buy both consoles I still wouldn't get a wii (it just makes no sense to buy something and have it sit their idle for so long).

Having said that, maybe the wii will get more decent/good 3rd party games later down the track (I mean it's leading the console sales atm) but I don't see that happening for at least another year.

I like the wiimote and the games being made which involve u using the wiimote and nunchuch (great invention) as for the game. Most of the games being made are supposed to be fun and involve people, as for the PS3 and 360 most games are 1 player games (this is what i hate most). Like i said earlier it's upto people's preferences, dunno y people still keep crying and badmothing the wii..... if u don't like it than don't buy it if u think it's crap than don't talk about it lol it's simple as that.

Oh, I agree. Nintendo release a product, and as such we, as consumers, have every right to critisize the parts of it that don't live up to expectation. It's kind of annoying when you bring something up with valid point and someone shuts it down with an argument no more valid than "Nintendo is awesome, how dare you!".

PLENTY of games on Wii right now that are worth playing and plenty more coming out soon.

U can dowload demos, gfx are unbeatable, media server mp3, avi, mpeg etc, Playtv, record tv, play dvd and bd.

Does have a price tag but i never heard anyone that has a ps3 complain afterward purchase. Jus a lack of games compared to suxbox.

wii games with price tag of 80-100. NOT WORTH IT. Comeon, Heavenly sword is on BLUE RaY!!! But after i played my wii games its easy to sell on ebay for 20 bucks lower than my purchase price, sometimes even same as my purchase price.

1. If you have a pc then get some pc games while you wait for some good wii titles to come out (bioshock, COD4, crysis to name a few). This depends on having a pc (and a good one at that).
2. Buy an additional console (with a larger game library). This depends on having the money to spend on another console.
3. Sell the wii and use the money towards another console.

I'm not anti-nintendo, I just view the wii's library of games as (relatively) insufficient.

I have aoe3 and twc (in fact I played it online for quite some time) and I can tell you there's nothing special about the graphics (even when on maximum).

I could have posted Medal of Honor: Airborne or Crysis or CoD4 or whatnot, but I think those games try too hard to look good. As if designers these days think that realistic graphics comes from a sepia filter and MORE BLOOM.
