You can definitely report it to the fraud dept of your local police. But before you do that tell the website your doing that. Tell them also that you will post "dont use "there name here" they are thieves and will steal your console" in every wii/gaming forum you can find. That way when ever someone searches for them or wii mod chips in google they will see your message.
