VCD is also used on a lot of non-DVD drive computers and can be played in most DVD players in Australia. I had a couple of friends that used to send me copies of shows they'd made in VCD format (now it's just as easy to put in on DVD)

I just wrote an emulator to play Counter-Strike and other PC FPS on my DS. Online. With no lag. It's pretty cool.

Where He Failed It is actually in the absurdity that he was not ever talking about the PS3's GPU, but about its BluRay component, which really boils down to a disc drive.
