Wii Black Bar

I bought cheap component cable from eBay..... i plugged it in and selected 480p in the settings menu
but whenever i run some games or geexbox or Mplayer CE i have black bars at left and right side...
I have Wide screen HDTV and have already changed the setting to 16:9
So any help will be appreciated on how to fix these black bars.....

They didn't use to appear when i used the RGB cables..
The only thing run full screen is the system menu..

lol i know that its cheap cable but as i said the system menu is full screen so cheap cable doesnt isnt responsible for full screen in menu and bars in games and apps
