I strongly doubt it. For starters, as mentioned in the previous page, there are obvious spelling and grammer errors, and in this day & age, I can't see a corporate comany such as Nintendo not being able to spell.
Secondly; hackers think outside the box, they are not restricted to all forms of code and principles that Nintendo may be. If a hacker has found something, there's a good chance it doesn't abide by Nintendo's code of practice, and they won't go anywhere near to fix it, as they can't code illegally like hackers can.
I hope that made sense, I'm ranting inside my head.
