Yeh I think all characters should have one vehicle that resembles them.
And to unlock that vehicle you need to use that character in a certain mode and win the race

All Mario Kart characters are generic to the Mario series, like from Mario party or in general Mario games.. So breaking that would be like letting Snake and Sonic into Brawl, which was bad
