One hour before the room is scheduled to open a notice should be put on the forum.

Once the room opens, the race should start within 15 minutes.

If a race is scheduled to start at 6:30 and you want it to start at 7:00, tell people earlier in the day and have the start time changed til 7:00

yeah i totally agree with that. Once a date and time is set and its agreed upon...then thats it...when that time comes...there are no excuses...you're either there or you're not...

however the room should be open half an hour before the race starts...so people do have time to get in


also, i slightly disagree with greenbob's idea of changing the times on the day...because some people may not be able to make it half an hour later

if, by chance...everybody in the race said on the day that they don't mind pushing the race back half an hour...then I suppose it would be ok
