yeah that is true, but when applying for a job they prefer exp and when ya finshed ya uni course, you will stand in line at the dole office becasue you have none. unless your one of the lucky ones who got a cadetship, while the guy who went out got a trade for 4 years working in the mines, then work there way up was approached by their mate the mine manger asked them to go to uni and bhp will pay for them..

yes their jobs in the mines for uni students but how many job are available compare to the amount of uni students unless you are willing to travelled to the middle of no where.

i have a diploma in management and tried to get a job in that area for years, but having no exp. its impossible. unless ya worked in that company for years then worked ya way up. or once again one of the lucky ones that get a trainee mangementship that the company will pay for you to go to uni.

for being almost 30 years old soon i learnt 'its not what ya know its who ya know'
