..::The Rabbids are back::.. Publisher Ubisoft released a Question & Answer document with information regarding the multiplayer, dancing, online component and difficulty level of Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. Ubisoft Paris, the development studio for Rabbids 2, has "pushed the multiplayer side of the game much further then the original Rayman Raving Rabbids and have made about 80% of the games playable with up to 4 players simultaneously." The team also improved the musical aspect of the game by allowing up to four players to form "the ultimate bunny band." The band picks from a variety of songs and each user plays an instrument - such as guitar, keyboard, drums or vocal - with their Rabbid. Players will be able to customize Rayman, their own Rabbid and their "holiday travel" campaign. "For their travels," the developers explained, "players can change the rules of the game and choose the mini-games he wants to be part of his particular trip campaign." An extensive database of hats, costumes and skins will be available to players who wish to customize their character(s). Rabbids 2 will see a "big makeover" of the interface and difficulty levels in order to make the experience more accessible and fun. The developers noted that they "still want to make it challenging for those more experienced players." Dedicated gamers will more easily be able to see how their high scores compare with other players in Rabbids 2 thanks to the new online scoreboard. "When connected to the Internet, players can automatically check their worldwide ranking," Ubisoft Paris stated. "And as an extra little bonus, players can see pictures of the custom Rabbids created by other players around the world!
