This is the best news i have heard in a long time. Finally sega is regreting the 3-d age. Sjt333, you idea sounds great, just one thing. They'll use the new mechanics like 'sonic rush' which was an epic fail because i was expecting it to be like the originals. instead of focusing on 2-d, i beleive they should be focusing on the word 'platformer'. Platformers have lots of platforms (go figure) but i don't see that in sonic rush. It's just a matter of holding down a button and watching sonic as he sprints non-stop like your watching a movie. They need do make the stages more dynamic and complex like the originals. Where it wasn't just running to beat a stage. It was jumping carefully and getting your timing right. I say they use the old-school sonic and grab some real enimies. Not all this robots with guns nonsense. Then make a wiiware game that will sell Big time, who's with me!
