- the controls are horrible. it's very frustrating to control the character. the motion isn't fluid. feels like your guessing your moves most of the time. and they used the (-) button for jump, what's up with that?!?!?!
- the camera views and positions are akward. i constantly had to re-centre the camera position.
- shocking framerate
- buggy programming - i climbed onto a platfrom, stood up, then just went through the floor! i ended up underneath, in a closed area, with nowhere to go. had to restart the game.
- environment is fixed, you can't even jump over a chair. you can only moved/pick up objects that you will use in the game. otherwise, everything else is nailed to the wall/floor.
RE4 is the benchmark for the best controls and graphics on the Wii.
Alone in the Dark doesn't come close. Don't waste your time. Don't spend your $99 on it. Wait for it to appear in the bargain bin.
