I would just buy Drum Hero to be honest. I really hope they include a custom-modifier-freestyle mode for drums. Those real electric drum sets cost heaps ($1k). That would be the beez neez.
Or at least Roland or Yamaha could release software (as like Rolands DS synthesiser coming later in the year) to make use of such a controller.

Considering we're probably going to get Gh4 before Rock Band even gets a release date here, Rock Band is dead as far as I'm concerned. GH4 looks like it will improve on all of Rock Band's faults and offer heaps better gameplay.
