Club Nintendo Finally Coming to Australia!

Overseas, Nintendo fans have been rewarded for their game purchases and contributions (to the Nintendo website) with points which can be redeemed on the website for cool Nintendo gear. This feature has always been absent in Australia.

Thanks to the launch of Mario Kart Wii, this will be the first game to involve such redemption codes in the launch of a new website
www.club-nintendo.com - Australia is not yet activated.
This site will also grant news bulletins and special offers to members.

We will now [from 24th April] be able to redeem points collected from game and hardware purchases for exclusive Nintendo goodies and Wii Points.

This information is a result of a member of The Age receiving their advance Australian version of Mario Kart Wii.

The above image is an example of what great things were offered to European members who raised enough points.
