News \ Americans asked if they want brawl sequel - no release date seen for orginal Brawl in Australia

That's right, the Americans already have received a survey from Nintendo if they would like to see a sequel to Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Why bother asking for a sequel when the orginal Smash Bros Brawl hasn't been fully released worldwide yet? Nintendo has been too slack to even set a release date here in Australia.

Food for thought, does Nintendo care about the international users or do they just want to satisfy the Americans first?

Exactly, I love Microsoft because they do value their customers opinion.

If the delay was due to server issues then Nintendo should have at least announced it. But then again they should have fixed it all by now surely, insted of releasing it. - But that's not the point, the point is that it was released in America and now Nintendo is asking them if they want a sequel, Nintendo how bout you get your act together and release the game worldwide first before you start working on the sequel, it would be delayed anyway so it's not like you need to get working on it right now *rolls eyes*

Well if you think about it, America is the reason they gained such a huge technological jump. The U.S. was their only source of protection for a while, and since they didn't need to poor out military funds, they shifted it towards technology research...but eh, it's just a theory of why'd they'd "kiss american butts"

Because Sony has spent it's last generation mooching off the PS2's success so they have more resources and more reputation than Nintendo's Gamecube had, Nintendo has to rebuild it's name, don't be so harsh on them

i'm sorry, i live in america, and the question shouldn't be do we, of course we do want a sequel... the question should be what could be changed to be better, and first off they could fix online play so that it actually works with little to no lagging (no its not my connection i've checked several people are having trouble), second they could give us voice chat for once, third they could make random match ups work. Aussies trust me you all had better pray that they've delayed your release to do some serious sever work. I love the game, but the online aspects are subpar even for a nintendo online game.
