It's Metroid like you've never seen it before, and as Reggie says, it takes a name you know well and turns it into something new. The game is due out next year and features a mix of 1st and 3rd person gameplay.

the 3rd person i reckon will just b for speed boost, screw attack, morph ball, and those action sequences like prince of persia or god of war

From the trailer I personaly think it looks pretty gross :/ The 'action' kinda reminds me of a 6 year old kid running around in circles, making explosion noises and spitting everywhere: Samus grabs this alien, puts it in a headlock, shoots it in the eye, throws it into another alien, fly kicks it in the stomach, leaps into the air, shoots a volley of bullets at the ground igniting a third alien which explodes. Samues then turns into a morph ball, sets a bomb and is shot straight into the mouth of another alien, returns to normal size and explodes the alien from the inside etc, etc... But who knows, it could turn out really good, like all the other Metroid games out there
