Spider-Man 3 allows players to experience the actions of heroic red-suited Spider-Man and, for the first time ever, his darker, more mysterious black-suited persona. Set in a larger, dynamic, free-roaming New York City, the game gives players the freedom to choose their own gameplay experience through multiple movie-based and original storylines, fully integrated city missions and performance rewards including improved speed, combat maneuvers and agility. In Spider-Man 3, players draw upon Spider-Man's completely revamped combat abilities as they protect the city and defeat nemeses using expanded aerial fighting, finishing moves and dynamic webbing during missions and epic boss battles.

yeah you can get into the symbiote suit any time you want but you wont gain experience points

**ok im back from Kmart. 79$ for spidey3.
Plus I bought the Nunchuk silicon covers for 10$ each.

Spidey first impressions
----------------------------

It is very similar to Spiderman 2 but with a bit of tarting up of the graphics. Eg motion blur when he speeds up.

And of course motion sense controls.

The controls take a while to get used to but after a little bit, it feels quite natural.

*** ok i've played it a lil more now and even though I've just reached the bit where I can turn to black spiderman, I still say its still very similar to Spiderman 2. Nothing in it has made me go WOW yet.

I hear the controls are really good for this game but the story line sucks, should I get it or not?

I very nearly bought this yesterday. ALMOST! Inches from certain DEATH if some of your comments are anything to go by. Phew.. BOY am I glad I got Prince of Persia instead.

... Who am I kidding. I love Spideyman (just generally, Oddly not fussed about the movies). I'm weak. I'll prolly end up buying it before long.

Have you played the game since then ... clearly the graphics are not that good. not as good as the picture above anyway ... and the game is dull.

I love spidey but I got seriously bored playing that !

Being a Spidey fan I hired this from the video store. Phew! Lucky break, I might have bought it otherwise.

Very poor graphical presentation - seemed sub-PS2 to my untrained eye. Game play and controls: frustrating.

Bruce Campbell gets 10 out of 10 for brilliant narration but that's not enough to warrant a $100.00 outlay.
