Man, I was trying to find a graphic for this blog since the system demands one, so I go type 'free stuff sign' into Google image search and like two relevant images came up and the rest were investor mag covers and porn. Maybe that's like a commentary on people, those who want free stuff are also constantly thinking about making more money or getting laid.... anyway! Okay so I thought I'd let everyone know to be on the site next week if they want super awesome free stuff! We've got three compos coming which will be run on MyPS3, MyWii and MyDS (Guitar Heroz get excited...) On MyPS3 we'll have five copies of Overlord up for grabs The action meets strategy game which became a mega hit on the Xbox 360 is just around the corner for PS3. We haven't 100% decided on what the compo is going to be but details will be finalized by Monday when it launches, look out for it! MyWii will be getting Wacky Races If you've seen any video of the game you'll know it's this awesome yet bizarre mix between racing... and well what appears to be drawing all over the screen and blowing up anyone who challenges you. We're still looking at what the compo will be after deciding that demanding people to reinvent the wheel was a bit much. You'll hear full details Monday. Five copies will be going out to those who complete whatever silly task we come up with. Finally, MyDS will be getting Guitar Hero: On Tour with three sets to give away! I don't think I can say anything about this one that people don't already know. It's Guitar Hero, on the go, and it's awesome! I'm not sure if these are promo items or if they're on general sale in stores but either way they're cool! This one we have more or less worked out, in a World of Warcraft craving moment today 'You stand on the plains of rock glory, about to charge into battle to claim the title of Guitar Hero, what is your anthem?' came out during the emails back and forth to Activision. So basically we'll be asking you guys to pick a song to battle to and probably submit an awesome rock show picture that you find online Anyhow! I think that's it, this will all kick off on Monday next week so stick around and score yourself free stuff!
