No, only two controllers at a time, so you'd need two (which won't work well as it is connected to the stand).
The wriststraps just sit in behind. It's hard to explain, but it works fine.
You can also charge batteries in the AAA charger slot at the back (the packs that come with it take AAA not AA batterias)

I have the same Charger.... I shall respond:

1) If your using the Official Nintendo jackets, they shouldnt break. They are quite strong and are designed to be put on and off due to the use of Wii Zapper, and also to change batteries. If your using third party ones.. well... Maybe get the real ones.

2) I have used both the original straps and the new straps (with the lockable clip) and my Wiimotes have still fitted in the charger. Even with teh jacket and the straps they still fit. You just fold the jacket to the back which will pull the cord up at the same time. No issue here.

3) As for only charging while your Wii is on this is somewhat incorrect. The Wii was designed not to be fully turned off. If you use the Wii as suggested you would only press the on/off for a short press which will put the console into standby mody (orange Light). This way WiiConnect24 will still operate allowing system updates and Wiimail to come through. If you are turning off the console completely (red light) then naturally the charger will not work.

If you felt you "really" needed to turn off your console, then you could have got yourself an adapter to plug into the wall socket that accepts USB.
Each person is entitled to their opinion, but I feel you didnt fully think about the device before jumping to conclusions and returning

1st reason was because of the Jackets having to take them off everytime they are going to end up breaking.
2nd reason the wrist strap seems to get in the way and pretty much has to be taken off when usin the charger
3rd reason it charges through the usb (well my one did) meaning it will only charge while the wii is on (very stupid if you ask me) i want the remotes to charge while im not using the wii so when i come to play it the batts are charged....

It is easy to peel the Wii grip/silicon glove back a little to inert them into the charger. I have yet to find a charger that does not require a bit of "Peeling" to insert the controller.

It is a good product for the price and has lasted the Christmas and School Holiday period without a problem.

yeh i got this, it looks sweet especially with the glowing blue lights, just a heads up these use AAA batteries instead of AA so the battery life of these is a bit less less but it seems fine lasting quite long, without charging, would be betta if it did have four at time tho

Their easy to get off, plus the metal connectors for the charger cannot reach the wii mote if you have the jacket covering them. (The connectors are on the back of your mote, once you connect the rechargable pack).

2 is plenty, plus its got an extra section at the back where you can charge loose batteries. The charge time is very fast too.
