They're both junk as far as respectable routers go... they're cheap dirt packaged by ISP's because they're simple to use (simple meaning so little options that an idiot couldn't get confused).
Is there some reason you need to use one of those 2? If there are any routers "incompatible" with any ISP then it's because they are really bad at making hardware or because the ISP is terrible.
You shoul dbe able to get your broadband on without bundled hardware, then go down the shops and buy whatever you please - and I would recommend a Billion wireless router. Top quality and heaps of options to configure every aspect (port throttling, NAT table, wireless security types, virtual server, remote admin etc etc).
Sorry... I can't help with your ACTUAL question as I would rather inject sawdust into my man-sausage than have to use a D-Link or Speedtouch.
