wiikey clones. wiinja and cyclowiz are different mod chips from different makers. wiikey clones are sold under the wiikey name, look like wiikeys and act like wiikeys.

WiiKey currently have a new programmer for their updates.. Which caused some interesting conversations..

When Super Mario Galaxy (USA) was released and the WiiKey 1.9g patch came out, apparently alot of the clones refused to update.

Some still did, but some didn't. I think there are several types of the clones and some which are built better than the other.

However, don't trust me on this answer - it's just what I've read.
