Wii Hardware \ Blue Pulse?

Last night i left my console on stand-by or Wiiconnect24 or whatever its called with the orange power light and later that night i awoke at around 1:00am ish to find that my console was still in the orange power button mode but the disc slit was slowly pulsing the blue light it has....
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!???!?!?!?!?!

Might wanna check your Mii channel. Sometimes, other people's Wii will send you Miis' (Did that sound weird??)
