Picture it: the late 80's, early 90's. A long, lost genre called the point and click adventure game was alive and kicking. For the very young reading this, this was a game by where you would issue commands to your character by selecting a verb and then an object or person either on the scene or in your inventory. The plotlines were always entertaining and the puzzles were sometimes frustrating but always rewarding. Two companies were ruling the roost: Lucasarts (formerly Lucasfilm) and Sierra. The classics were: Monkey Island series, Maniac Mansion, Kings Quest, Space Quest, Indianna Jones games, Day of the tenatacle, Sam & Max and many more.
With the advent of the Wii remote, I belive the time has come to revive this long, lost genre in the console world. I would go as far as to say that this type of game is perfectly suited to the Wii remote!
