Daytona Wii:
If you've never played it at the arcade then your not a gamer. Period. Best arcade racer ever. A straight port of the Dreamcast version would be good enough for me with the added feature that you steer excitetruck/cow racing style.

Phoenix Wright:
Wasn't everyone's cup of tea but it would be real interesting on wii. Full voice acting. Interactive crime scenes where you can actually LOOK for clues eledees style. And a very long and deep story. However it would suffer from novel syndrome (once your done with it you probably won't touch it again).

A 3d fighter or some type:
May it be Tekken, Soul Calibur or something totally new just no stupid motion gestures. Classic controller ONLY.

HOWEVER, Killer Instinct?
Maybe nintendo could come up with a way that fighting games actually used gestures and IR in a smart and new way that would revolutionise the way 3d or 2d fighters are played . We all know fighting games are a stale breed and why not take a punt on changing the way they're played. And then stick Killer Instinct on the cover lol. Wait wasn't that RARE? K maybe they could make up some new fighting franchise.

Red Steel had the right idea, but could not follow through. A developer must make the controls as natural and intuitive as they can. Blocks and strikes should be easily executed and have as much accuracy. And once they have the controls perfected, add in the option of using two remotes katana style and then throw in wifi so we can slice each other up online. AND dont cheap out on the blood.

Kid Icarus
The forgotten NES classic needs a true follow up. Why make another metroid when you can do the same thing except instead of samus you have pit and instead of varia suit and beams you have wings and arrows. You could probably just skin Metroid Prime 3 in Kid Icarus type scenery lol.

Duke Nukem 3d (come get some)

Super Paper Sonic (ducks and hides under the table before someone throws their shoe)
I dunno would be nice if sonic took it back old school.
