From what ive read I dont think any of the GH3 versions will have downloadble content initially but the PS3 & xbox versions will get it soon, the wii might get it after that, maybe the lack of hard drive space is the issue. Cant wait for thursday to find out thou.

i think the 360 has a patch on release for an additional multiplayer mode, though that might just be in the states, and i might be thinking of a different game

I'd be going 360 for the guarnteed downloadable content.
The Wii may get it later and apprently gets something the other platforms does but me personally want the extra songs on my PS3 WAY too much to take that risk.
Oh yeah also the Wii version appears to be $10 cheaper if that sways you at all.

Yeah I was wondering about the battle system, I think you're right that you can't vs other consoles, the main issue I see is the friend code thing. Unless they have public lobbies like Warhawk...here's hoping!

And they have Jimi Hendrix and kiss like dudes in GH3 already. They missed the Stevie Ray Vaughn! thats pretty crazy.
