Wii Software \ Half-tempted to sell SPM

Seriously, that is how frustrating that sand boss is. I have been playing games for 22 years and i have never ever encountered anything that i've fought for 45min straight and never even landed 1 hit. Can someone gimme some advice. I really have to play the game cause the Wii sits there and if i dont start playing it, the missus will wanna sell it cause we need the money. I dont even wanna turn the Wii back on at the moment knowing i will have to fite it. I just know it's going to sit there, at world 1-4, for the next month cause i'll be too slack to put in another 45 minute marathon without landing a hit again. Titan Quest and CS:S sounds far too tempting compare to that BS. That boss has single-handedly spoiled the whole game for me, TTYD is now easily better.

EDIT - dont give up. it is a very fun game. i got frustrated with Metroid as well, but got through em both

That'd be great, if the 360 didnt die yesterday and the wicked PC i own that i bought for gaming is always taken by the missus on Msn Messenger and Myspace. I shoulda bought the woman a Pentium 3 for that, i purchased Half-Life 2 the other day, played it for 20 mins, and havent had an opportunity to touch it since. The 8 games i have on Wii are fun to play, but i've finished them all so many times and now i finally get a new game to play, and after 1-2 hours, i find a boss that i cant even hit after fighting him for nearly an hour straight. It's totally frigen frustrating.

Thanks for the help guys. Normally i would NEVER ask for help, ESPECIALLY on a first playthrough cause it pisses me off knowing i wasnt good enough to figure it out, even after 22 years of gaming experiance. It's all good now that i know what to do, i will do it tomorrow.
