I actually thought Harvest Moon & GT Pro was pretty fun.

Granted Harvest Moon was quite tedious at times, but it's still pretty unique.

As for GT Pro, I only played the gamecube version (imported) but from the impression that i got, it was quite a fun drifting game even though the physics & graphics were sub-par.

The only game I thought was truly poor would probably be Sonic Adventure 2 (GC). The camera system was horrible and the controls were so screwed up, and to think that I paid a full $50 for it....

Same here with the Cooking Mama, Guyver. I don't think I could bring myself to play that game just because of how much I don't like that head! And you know I'm with you on the Pokemon too!
