How rediculous are those prices. Apparently only 4% of the population even has access to the Internet. That may explain the prices, no point having multiple ISPs for 4% of the population. They probably have to charge like they do to even make a profit on the company since the internet userbase is so tiny. Then again, it's a government company, so they are probably leeching the populous for all thier worth.
