I think thats wrong... its only a bag most wont use but if they advertise a preorder deal with something free you should get it. Its like the myer deal. I only preordered there for the free game and they didnt have them in when I picked my wii up. If they hadnt got them in I would have returned it all and gone and bought it again from Big W with my discount since I wouldnt have missed anything.

The girl who served me was also very cranky, when I asked to match price she immediatly snapped back with "I can't do it when they are not open"... didnt seem to happy about calling when I told her they were open lol... when she got back she said to the other staff member (a much friendlier girl). "We are taking no more pre-orders after 9:30!"

She then went on to say she hadnt had much sleep, so I sympathised with her as I am a shift worker, and had worked all through the night before. No disgruntled employee could sway my mood, I was just happy to be receiving my console finally

The store was EB. Surprise! I hear some of you say lol
