Wii Hardware \ Error 51330

Ahh, I just got my wii and played a lil Sports and play..got boring after a while, also got zelda but Ill try it out tommorow.

But my Issue is, I found my access point, but when I try testing my connection...ERROR 51330 I searched everywhere and all they say is jiberish, channel this DNX and crap....:S
By the way I have a DL-524 Wireless Router.

I set up the Wii using the manual setup, and it seemed to connect, and the stopped during an update. Its got a 51330 again

ok dudes try to connect your wii without wep protection. That did the trick for me and then i manually configured wep into it.

same thing happened to me i have no wep encription on my wii and ive tried the same settings on my psp and its working fine (in the same spot as the wii as well just to make sure the signal wasnt to blame)

u gotta call up you Broadband Internet provider and ask them to give find out wat your password for your wireless security connection
(if u guys have an access point to wireless that is?) coz it worked for me!

Same here worked like a dream. Make sure ur routers hav the most recent software on them.

Yeah i dont know anything bout routers and keepin the software up to date but it still worked for me nice and easy.....ive heard some routers wont be compatible but mine was pretty much just plug n play
