Re-read thread.

They're tri-wing screwdrivers used to turn the tamper-resistant screws that Nintendo uses on its hardware. They don't come in your average toolkit.

No. Most security driver bits come with Torx heads and star heads. Tri-wing isn't for home security because if the screw is exposed, it's easy enough to turn it with a flathead.
