I would think that it would accentuate the limelight. It would be the smartest move for Nintendo to release it a couple of months before Brawl's release, people are already so excited about this game that they will take any taste of it they can. Whereas if it was released after Brawl they probably wouldn't sell as many copies because everyone will be so wrapped up in the new game, that buying the old one would seem less enticing.

My guess is that they will use Smash Brothers on the VC to up the hype of Brawl, so expect it to come out Octoberish. Let's see if I'm right, well lets hope anyway.

no and i usually don't go on the vc area but SSB is not out yet and i really hope nintendo does not screw up with LoZ Majora's Mask.
