i was wondering if mywii admins should give out a title almost like "admin like" and call it "veterns" i dont no like maybe give it out to people who have been on active this site for a while. they could possibly act as guides for any noobs that jion this site.

While they would not have any admin capabilities, they can serve as advisors and guides to anyone who needs help.

This can be a good way to help out admins, and better for everyone else if there are senior members around that they can talk to.

I don't know, sounds like what the admins should be doing. But kind of on the same wavelength, it would be nice to give out a little tag to some members that continue to add great input to the site. Simply to make them feel special and know that we all appreciate their comments (awww). Kudos don't really stand for this because, as some people have demonstrated, it is easy to add a thousand half arsed comments just to build up your kudos count. Whereas some people have half the kudos, but their input is worth 10 times as much and it would be nice to let people like hainaku, dsreaper, phatbass, el raro (those kinda members) know that they are much appreciated amongst the spammers.

I dont hop into converstions that I have no reason to be in. But things that I feel I have some valid knowledge about I will pop in because I feel I could be of help.

I think the tag should just be a visual tag to be displayed to people as I guess some sort of safe house... And I think Veterens should only be considered if they joined up Jan 07 or earlier. Remember the veterens arent there for any reason except due to being there since the start and have seen the site change and people come ago.

Anyway thats my opinion... Sorry if people disagree.

No really I'm trying to keep the site under control, what happens when you give someone power, but no responsibility, it goes wrong, take the admin likes in the past.

A good start would be somewhere where you can find the dates we all signed up... That cant be too hard to set up. Can be a sticky that automatically gets updated. If you wanna speak to someone who is a veteran then you could look at that. It could also show the last sign in date so you can see when people where last active....

Sorry I know you guys are probably busy. Something for the add to do list..

But hey a minimum would be a sign up date to be seen even by only ourselves..
