Ok so we have recently had a thread about folding and scrunching and we touched breifly on the whole over hang under hang phenomenon.

But what really gets up my nose is public toilets.
Let me start with the most frustrating toilet paper dispensing system developed in the history on the world.

For starters it is always to low to runch you have to hunch right down even if you sit on the toilet to wipe.
As if that wasn't bad enough, when you go to tear the paper the teeth are always so blunt that soon as you pull the roll flies out of control and deposits 300 single ply sheets of toilet paper all over a piss drenched floor.

Then when you go for round two, remembering to take hold of the other end before tearing the perforations are never cut good enough and the paper tears all uneven.
Now I am not sure about you guys but as a folder I have pride in what I wipe my a$$ with and I cant handle wiping my shiny caboose with torn paper and risk having pieces stick to my sphincter.

So then after making the effort to finally get some toilet paper not that it is of very good quality and you need about 10X as usual which is also an endeavour in itseld as the dispenser wont dispense flat bit make the paper twist and hard to fold anyways.

OMFG I cant stand public toilets.
I have now gone too far as it is so anyopne else like to share what they hate about public restrooms.
Why do they call them restrooms anyway,

I take great pride in my ability to go to any toilet, even the dodgy roadside toilets on the highway, and take a nice long dump or piss. My girlfriends brothers refuse to poo at school, they usually fake a sicky and come home. I call them 'sh!tbreak'....just like American Pie LOL.

I saw those things at Singapore airport but they were shiny porcelain high class squat holes.

Sil I share your distaste for public toilets I refuse to use them, they are jammed packed with germs, germs sitting on other germs, germs making new mutant germs...you get the point. I would rather speed home clenching my cheeks than use them.

Also it got me thinking, has anyone considered why public toilets are always dirty & smelly. I think it's because the people who use them seem to think as it aint their personal toilet they can piss all over the place & generally make a mess for some poor cleaner to fix.

I also remember when there were toilets in the city where you had to pay to use them & some guy was employed to be in the toilet (& before anyone asks , not in the cubicle, just sat near the wash basin) at all times & kept the toilets very clean, I can imagine it was'nt the most pleasant job but the toilets were always clean.
