Depends what you're looking for.

If you're looking for a server with an accurate in-game clock (AEST) then try Frostmourne (PvP), Khaz'Goroth (PvP), Aman'Thul (PvE) or Jubei'Thos (PvP).

At the moment, Frostmourne appears to be very full in terms of population and the Horde are WAY ahead in PvE or end game (the ratio of Horde with epic flying mounts compared to Alliance is somewhere around 6:1) so perhaps Jubei'Thos will be a good place for you.

But if you're not a heavy PvPer and just want to quest without the hassle of ganking, I strongly recommend Aman'Thul. Great new server with minimal downtime.

For me I got to the point where all I'd want to do is play WoW.
Honestly non stop everyday I'd just be dying to get home and play WoW...I even called in sick from work a couple of times to stay home and play...Sometimes I'd even blow off friends to play WoW.

...That's an addiction, I realised and quit cold turkey.
Was hard for a while but I'm clean now.

I easily get addicted to anything, it's in my personality.
I can buy 1 pack of chips with a Tazo and be determined to collect the whole set...

Besides every serious WoW player I know has no life outside it.
One of my best mates lost his GF over the stupid game, raiding 6 nights a week instead of doing stuff with her is the quickest way to remain alone.

All my mates are what you'd consider to be "serious" players. But they have more of a social life than I do haha. While they're out partying and doing god knows what, I'm at home posting on MyWii LOL

Then sometime during the night, they'll pop on WoW and do a heroic run or Arena matches to get gear. They're not really the types to raid, though. They're just in it for the group fun.

Raiding is more like "SERIOUS BUSINESS". When we run instances or PvP, it's for fun and to help each other out...wheras raids are a "do or die" thing where if you die or fail to tank/heal/deal properly, you get badmouthed and insulted like there's no tomorrow. It's a very touchy subject lol.
