Wii Software \ Vote Channel Weirdness

I checked the vote channel today and its telling me that i have over 100 days left.

Which are you? = 136 days remaining
Superstar DJ or Rock Legend? = 138 Days
Country or City life? = 141 days

Im thinking it has something to do with my new wiikey?

Anyone else have the same?

Installation of any modchip requires you to pull the battery out. The battery helps store a couple of things, one of them being the time.

So just go into your wii settings, and change the time back to today. Should fix it right up

Mine vote channel died as well after installing a Wiikey.
Most likely because they removed the battery in the Wii to get the case off (this remembers date and time just like a PC).

I redownloaded but it still doesn't work...but I don't care because it's a lame channel and was interesting for 2 seconds.
