That took me three readings to comprehend. Do you mean to say that you bought a Wii just so you could play Wii Sports?

Why did you ask if the Wii was worth the money, if on your user profile you say that it's the best console? I haven't played it in months, but I don't feel like I've been ripped off.

Yes it is worth it. Zelda is one of the most amazing games i have ever played, Tony Hawk Downhill Jam is the most fun game i have played in years, and Wii Sports is easily the best pack-in back ever and is worth the $100 alone...making the Wii console more like $299

And dont gimme that 'but the japs are wierd' nonsense. In Australia, right now, the 360 is probably the better system to purchase. That wont be the same by years end when Super Paper Mario, Mario Galaxy, SSBB and Metroid Prime 3 are sitting on shelves to be sold. Thats just first party stuff. You can't blame Nintendo or the Wii itself for the current drought in games for the machine. It's a great system, but developers have been REALLY lazy from the start pushing out decent graphics and they all thought the Ps3 would take off like a bull at a gate but it's crawling like a toddler to the 'gate' which Nintendo has already smashed. 3rd party developers now just need a chance to play catch up. You can blame the 3rd party developers for not having faith in Nintendo rather than just sit here blankly and state the Wii is crap compared to 360/Ps3.
