I have had my Wii since birth (oh wrong one! I mean since release day) and to tell you the truth I have only sustained one wiinjury and that was on the weekend when my Sister (Virgin Wii Player) went to hit a backhand in tennis and instead clocked me across the side of the face!!

Oh well 4 months without an injury isnt too bad!

Best one though was when my mate was playing me in wii sports(virgin wii player with low fitness level)and didn't want to give up trying to beat me, he was fine untill the next day, he could barely move because of muscle pain.

Simple advice:
• swap sides of the room when you're batting/pitching.
• Don't stand on the left side of a left-handed player!!!
• wear a helmet and other padded clothing
