Wii Software \ WoW test?

Call me a fag with no life, but I want to try WoW. And the $2 seems perfect for school students. Any other students out there willing to give up some of their school holiday time, which should be 2 weeks, as long as the WoW trial goes for, to give it a try? I'm poor, so I doubt I'll continue after the trial is over, but I just want to experience the craze.

Also if you don't like having to group with noobs then WoW isn't for you, high end (raids) you can't solo...

As everyone has said if you start be prepared to give up a LOT of time to it...

Insanity. The only online game I ever played for a long time was The Game Neverending (the folks who made Flickr actually got the idea of Flickr from an add-on they put into the game). When that was put on bricks, it kind of soured me to the idea of prolonged online play. I've tried getting back to it, but it's difficult.

Regarding the original poster, don't start with WoW. My best advice for a MMORPG newbie is to start on Alpha or Beta testing a MMORPG. It feels better when you're a pioneer because everything really is new, and because you can influence the game at such an early point.
