I've only heard good things about it. And most new phones have loads of software problems, plus they just released a new firmware update for it called the Nokia N80 ie(internet edition) and it claims to have fixed the majority of the problems.

that will only update the IE version of that phone.

If you use your phone a lot N73 is not a good choice, with a high sar (radiation) value of 0.92 W/kg. From memory, LG KG800 is high at ~1 as well. N80 is much better with 0.48 W/kg sar value. (check sar value at sar.nokia.com/
