It's just a cable with a PS2 input on one end and gamecube input on the other.

They were cheap like $10 on ebay I think and I used them on the GC and worked well, I can only assume it will work on wii?

Hey ppl,
has anyone bought one of these controllers?
Are they any good?

I read in another post that some ppl have 3rd party controllers that didn't work with VC titles. Just want to make sure they weren't one of these.

By the way, I was just watching an ebay auction for a Wavebird.
It went for $42 plus $10 postage.

Other than that, I have been all over the city (Melbourne) this week and have only seen 2x wavebirds at JB Hifi on Lonsdale street - $64.95.
No-one else even has a second-hand third-party controller
