My vote for over-rated is Soul Calibur 2. It's just Soul Blade with new paint and without the fantastic Edge Master Mode.

It's good if you never played the original Soul Blade. The first edge master mode is so much better than the Calibur series. All the new characters are exactly the same as the old characters with different skin. Except for Link.
